IMPLEMENTASI MONITORING EVALUASI DOSEN OLEH MAHASISWA (EDOM) BERBASIS DIGITAL DI PROGRAM STUDI D-3 (TIGA) KEBIDANAN JURUSAN KEBIDANAN POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN GORONTALO

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Performance needs to be evaluation at the end of the learning process. Lecturer performance is the performance displayed by a lecturer in one of the main tasks of the higher education tridharma assigned to teach. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a lecturer evaluation evaluation by students of the D-3 Midwifery study program, Department of Midwifery, Gorontalo Health Polytechnic. This type of research is experimental. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The information system built is in the form of an EDOM monitoring website that can be accessed through www.monitoringedom.com. Based on the trial of using the EDOM monitoring website information system, it was found that the student participation rate in filling out the questionnaire reached 90%. The EDOM monitoring website information system is expected to assist the Midwifery Department of Quality Assurance Institute in conducting performance evaluations so that it produces competent and qualified graduates of the D-3 (Three) Department of Midwifery Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Gorontalo.

ABSTRAK

Kinerja dosen perlu dinilai setiap akhir proses pembelajaran. Kinerja dosen adalah keseluruhan unjuk kerja yang ditampilkan oleh seorang dosen dalam melaksanakan salah satu tugas pokok tridarma perguruan tinggi yang dibebankan kepadanya yaitu mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengembangkan monitoring evaluasi dosen oleh mahasiswa program studi D-3 (tiga) Kebidanan Jurusan Kebidanan Politeknik Kesehatan Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Researh and Development (R&D). Sistem informasi yang dibangun berupa website monitoring EDOM yang dapat diakses melalui www.monitoringedom.com. Berdasarkan uji coba penggunaan sistem informasi website monitoring EDOM, di peroleh hasil bahwa tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap pengisian kueisoner mencapai 90%. Sistem informasi website monitoring EDOM ini diharapkan dapat membantu Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Jurusan Kebidanan dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja dosen sehingga dihasilkan lulusan Prodi D-3 (Tiga) Kebidanan Jurusan Kebidanan Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Gorontalo yang berkompeten dan berkualitas unggul.
